Proof of Age Policy

Our default policy is to require “Proof of Age 19+” upon delivery.  This is used when shipping large orders for Combo Boxes. Please be prepared to pick package up at your local Canada Post Location. We can not add any additional shipping instructions when packing orders, all additional shipping instructions need to be be provided to Canada Post directly. (Example: Bring to Back Door)

Payment

All orders are final sale. Once payment is received, we do not issue refunds.

All orders are paid via Email Money Transfer (eg. Interac E-Transfer, no Paypal please). You will receive payment instructions immediately after checkout, as well as in your email.

Make sure the amount, security question, and password are accurate, in order to have your order processed in a timely manner. Please use English!

We do not hold stock for orders awaiting payment. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Delays in receipt of payment can result in items in your cart going out of stock in the meantime.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited and Expresspost for orders under $200 only.

Once a shipment has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. We can not provide updates or give information to the delivery time. 

Customers are 100% responsible for the accuracy of shipping information. Any returned orders caused by shipping errors or reshipping costs are at customers expense. Reshipping will be charged at full rate.

Orders placed and paid for by 6PM EST are shipped within two business days (Monday to Friday).

Errors in the Email Money Transfer process, as well as not providing the order number in eTransfer notes, may delay processing.

Please note: We only ship to addresses within Canada at this time.
