Proof of Age Policy

Our default policy is to require “Proof of Age 19+” upon delivery. This is to ensure that there are no issues with shipping, and that the package is delivered to the correct recipient, and to prevent package theft. If you choose a “No Warranty” (No Proof of Age) shipping option, we cannot warranty the delivery, and we will not provide refunds or replacements in the event of problems with shipping. That being said, we strongly recommend selecting a warrantied “Proof of Age 19+” shipping method.


All orders are final sale. Once payment is received, we do not issue refunds.

All orders are paid via Email Money Transfer (eg. Interac E-Transfer, no Paypal please). You will receive payment instructions immediately after checkout, as well as in your email.

Make sure the amount, security question, and password are accurate, in order to have your order processed in a timely manner.

We do not hold stock for orders awaiting payment. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Delays in receipt of payment can result in items in your cart going out of stock in the meantime.


All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited. If Xpresspost is preferred, please email us at, preferably before sending your payment, and we can arrange express shipment. Eligible charges will apply.

Once a shipment has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it.

Customer is responsible for the accuracy of shipping information. Any return shipping or reshipping costs are at customers expense. Reshipping will be charged at full rate set by Canada Post, not the discounted $5 flat rate.

Orders placed and paid for by 6PM EST are shipped next business day (Monday to Friday). Errors in the Email Money Transfer process may delay processing.
